We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor, to join our client, on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Edinburgh. Ideally you will have previous telephone and admin-based experience in an office however, they will consider face to face experience too. On offer is a salary of £22,500 per annum, a great team to work with and some good benefits!
The role of Customer Service Advisor involves:
- Handling of incoming calls to the business and answering queries.
- Making outbound follow up calls to resolve queries.
- Escalating queries and complaints where necessary.
- Gathering exchange information and facts needed from internal teams.
- Building long-lasting relationships with existing company clients.
- Offering Admin support to the wider team where needed.
For the Customer Service Advisor, you need:
- Previous telephone-based Customer Service experience is ideal.
- Good level of Administration skills.
- A confident outgoing personality that enjoys helping others.
In return, you’ll get:
