Architectural Technologist / Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects (London)

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in London that is looking to expand its team with a talented Architectural Technologist or Architect who has strong experience in the delivery stages of projects. With a portfolio spanning residential and commercial sectors, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, focusing on RIBA stages 3-5.

The Role: In this position, you will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines. A deep understanding of UK building regulations and strong proficiency in Vectorworks is essential. You will liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, so prior experience in a client-facing role is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on projects across RIBA stages 3-5 (developed design to construction)
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations (essential)
• Experience in liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:

• Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Proficient in Vectorworks
• Confident in client and contractor-facing roles
• UK work experience is preferred but not essential
• Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
