Worker Type: Hybrid Worker, currently working 50% in the office, but may change to meet business needs
Salary: Grade H - £38,223 - £41,418 per annum

About the Role
In this role we will look to you to support the Head of Tenant Experience in the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient business services support function incorporating all administration and planning activities. You will have overall responsibility for a large team of Business Services Administrators and Operational Resource Planners undertaking a wide variety of tasks. We will look to you to develop and maintain systems and procedures which will enable you to provide comprehensive performance and data analysis allowing for effective management of people and resources within the service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of managing administrative and planning functions
2. Ability to make clear decisions at an operational level to ensure service continuity
3. Knowledge of ICT databases, financial and administrative systems and procedures, including extraction of financial and statistical information using computerised systems, e.g. Microsoft Office
4.Analyse information accurately for decision making within a complex construction environment and unpredictable conditions
5.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate with customers and members of the public
6. Ability to be creative, to be able to identify problems and work to create solutions.
