- Business Process Analyst (Workday)
- 12 month fixed term contract
- Salary up to £60,000 base plus benefits including pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, and employee discounts.
- Hybrid working model with flexibility and occasional workshops in West Midlands

Partnering with a global Automotive organisation, seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with Workday experience.
This organisation is going through a significant period of growth following a recent acquisition, this person will play a crucial part in their Workday implementation programme, focusing on harmonising and optimising HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed process maps and models using BPML and Visio.
- Collaborate closely with HR experts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and gather requirements.
- Support the harmonisation of HR processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised processes.
- Continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate process designs and gather feedback.
Experience:
- Proven experience in process modelling (BPML & Visio)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, particularly harmonisation and standardisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex process requirements into clear and actionable models
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with additional process modelling/workflow tools.
