IR35: Inside - Umbrella

This role offers hybrid working where you will be required on site 3 x days a week and work from home 2 days.

Our client is currently delivering heavy civils package on HS2 and due to an increase in work, they are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join the commercial team.

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a commercial team and ensuring contractual requirements are met, as well as commercial management of subcontract packages, cost control, procurement, budget setting, forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previously worked on NEC Contracts
• Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience
• Previously worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on heavy civils projects
• Sub-Contractor management experience
• Previous experience managing a team
