As they continue to expand their global operations, they are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role: The Global Mobility Manager will play a critical role in managing and enhancing their global mobility programs. This position requires a commercially focused individual with a strong background in professional services, ideally from a Big 4 firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless mobility for employees across international locations while supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage global mobility strategies and programs that align with business objectives. Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements. Provide guidance on expatriate assignments, including compensation, benefits, and relocation logistics. Analyse and report on mobility trends, costs, and impact on business performance. Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business development related to global mobility. Serve as a point of contact for employees on global mobility issues, providing support and resources. Monitor and adapt mobility policies to ensure they remain competitive and effective. Travel as needed to support international assignments and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Professional background in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar professional services environment. ACCA qualification or CTA tax exams completed. Strong commercial acumen with an interest in business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in managing global mobility programs or expatriate management preferred.
