Real Estate Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Position: Permanent / Full-Time / Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

About the Role:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a progressive Real Estate team. This role involves providing strategic legal advice to a broad range of clients, including public sector entities, across sectors in commercial property transactions, development, leasing, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts for the sale and lease of property assets.
• Conduct title and lease reviews, providing detailed reports to clients.
• Prepare and negotiate leases, along with ancillary lease management documentation.
• Foster and maintain strong client and agent relationships.
• Support junior team members in developing technical knowledge and skills.
• Manage workload effectively, ensuring professional and cost-efficient client service.
• Contribute constructively to team efforts within the Real Estate and Infrastructure division.
• Participate in business development initiatives within the division.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Scottish qualified solicitor
• A minimum of 5 years PQE with relevant experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience in supervising and guiding team members.
• Prior experience with public sector clients is beneficial but not essential.
