The Opportunity

The opportunity within this prestigious firm will allow yourself to further develop your career and grow within the department and firm. Within the role you will be expected to deal with the following:

• Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision
• Dealing with Commercial Recoveries, Construction litigation and contested trusts / probate
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on complex issues
• Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal service

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
