Job Description
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm in Omagh to appoint a Financial Controller. Following recent investment this innovative business have an immediate need to appoint a Financial Controller to oversee their scaling finance department. Working alongside the Finance Director and senior management team in this newly created role the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department and managing an excellent finance team. The role: Oversee and present Monthly reporting with relevant commentary Preparation and presentation of forecasts, budgets and 3-5yr business plan. Drive the continual assessment, development and implementation of financial processes and procedures Managing cashflow and forecasting Lead and mentor the finance team to drive department performance Oversee VAT returns, Tax Planning, Year end stat accounts and Forex Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as the key point of contact The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA) with excellent academia Previous experience within a similar role preferably within Engineering/ Construction/ Manufacturing Experience with leading, mentoring staff. Exceptional communication skills at all levels including external stakeholder management.
