Quantity Surveyor

I am working with one of the most successful residential groundworks specialists in the UK and they are currently searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team.

With a group turnover of more than £150 m and a regional turnover of £30 m + (considering they started working in the region 2years ago this is exceptional) you will be joining a contractor that is truly going places.

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor ideally with a background in residential groundworks contracting- if you don't have this my client is equally happy to speak to candidates from main contractors- either civil engineering or construction or from residential developers..

On offer is a salary that I would consider to be well above average, a decent car allowance-you can change cars every 6 months if you have a company car and a generous bonus scheme- based on personal and company performance.

For this opportunity you could be anywhere between intermediate (3-5 years experience) to Senior QS (5 years plus).

In this role you will be responsible for your own projects in a region that could be anywhere in South or West Yorkshire but always within an hour of Sheffield.You will also be responsible for your own diary and will be trusted to bring in the required results without heavy handed management looming over you.
