THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ - 2 PQE

This is an opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team to handle a broad ranging commercial property work load for local, regional and national clients across a range of industries. You will work closely with senior fee earners, assisting with a wide range of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, transactional landlord and tenant work, commercial development and secured lending as well as assisting the corporate team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.

As you progress, you will have the opportunity to handle your own caseload, supported by more senior staff.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have gained relevant commercial property experience either during their training contract and/or post-qualification.
