Senior Site Manager – Main Contractor – Residential

Permanent: Up to £75,000 + Package

Based: Birmingham

We are currently searching for a Senior Site Manager for an exciting scheme in the heart of Birmingham. This scheme will provide over 500 new homes across 6 mid to high rise blocks and has a build value of £80m.

This company specialises in modular construction so the units themselves will be prefabricated off-site and lifted into place. This role will pay particular attention to the external works on the scheme which key packages being:

• Cladding/Façade
• Fenestration
• Balconies
• Roof
• Hard/soft landscaping

Focus will then shift to the internals.

Duties:

• Experience working on residential projects is essential.
• Strong organisation and managerial skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
• High attention to detail for quality and safety assurance.
• You must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Certificates.
