App Marketing Manager / App User Acquisition
Manager (App focused) – Fixed Term Contract 6 or 12 months.
London - Hybrid working model 50:50 split between office and home each month
Our client is a Global fintech with offices in London, Europe, Middle East and Asia. To continue their growth, they are seeking an experienced Mobile/App Marketing Manager to lead the in-app performance marketing strategy. They are running app-install campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok and aim to broaden this reach through DSPs and further channels.
The role:
The App Marketing Manager is a hands on performance marketing role. This person you will focus on performance marketing, optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition. You’ll also play a key role in guiding expansion into DSP advertising and contributing to global growth. While ASO (App Store Optimization) experience is a plus, it's not required—our primary focus is on growing our app’s presence and scaling user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and DSPs.
- Optimisation of app-install campaigns for maximum ROI and scale.
- Manage DSP campaigns to expand reach and performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Stay on top of mobile marketing trends, ad formats, and platform updates.
- Test new channels and creative strategies to boost campaign performance.
- Lead both hands-on execution and strategic decision making
Essential Experience:
- Experience managing Google GAC and Apple Search Ads campaigns, including building strategy and testing to improve performance marketing metrics.
- Experience setting up, managing, and scaling app channels, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), mobile ad networks, etc.
- Understanding of mobile measurement tools such as Singular, Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Localytics, Tune, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be able to work in-office two to three days a week. (50% hybrid and 50% home based)
- Ability to manage and execute campaigns independently, from strategy to reporting.
Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience with ASO is a definite bonus.
