Location: Hybrid, Midlands 1-2 days a week

Rate: Strong, Negotiable

Project: Large M&A Business integration programme

Other: Outside IR35, (12 month+ programme)

The Contract:

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead Business Process / Change workstreams on a £XXm business integration programme following a high-profile merger between two FTSE listed companies.

We are looking to engage an experienced, proven Senior Project Manager with a pedigree working on relevant M&A, business integration, or even divestment projects. Here, you will be supporting the groups operating models to integrate effectively by building strong relationships across all group functions.

Please note a couple of things:

1) This is not an IT PM role. We are looking for Business process / change focussed PMs. Of course, there will be related technology workstreams on this programme, however they will likely be owned by an IT PM.

2) We are open to people from different sectors. The client is not in the financial services sector though, therefore if you are an SME in the FS sector, this contract wont be right for you.

The Terms:

• Hybrid role, 1-2 days a week in the Midlands.
• Outside IR35 contract
• Strong market rate, with weekly pay.
• Expected 12 month+ duration.

We are looking for:

• An experienced Senior Business / Change Project Manager with a strong track record successfully delivering complex projects for large businesses (£bn+ turnover).
• Experience working on M&A, business integration or separation projects.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple ‘Group’ business functions is ideal.
• Experience managing end to end projects successfully, over a 12 month+ period.
• Excellent influence, communication and engagement skills.
