Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor

A leading law firm is seeking a passionate and skilled Lawyer to work within their dynamic private wealth disputes team. This is a chance to handle high-calibre inheritance dispute cases, a national private client base and well-known charities. This role can be based in either the Bristol, Exeter or Southampton office.

You will manage your own caseload from day one, taking on a range of contentious trust and probate work. You'll collaborate with a team of experts and have support from trainees and paralegals. Additionally, you will work closely with the wider private wealth division at the firm, which includes experts in areas such as tax, family law, agriculture, and mental capacity.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model to meet both client and business needs. The firm promotes a forward-thinking, innovative work environment, utilising bespoke technology to provide exceptional service to clients.

• Have solid experience managing a caseload in contentious trusts and probate.
• Be a true team player with excellent communication skills, approachable in supervising and supporting colleagues.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop long-lasting client relationships and grow your profile in this complex area of law.
