HS&E Advisor

Hobson Prior is seeking a proactive HS&E Advisor to join a well established biopharma company for a 12-month contract in Slough, Berkshire, with a future relocation to Windlesham, Surrey in 2026. This full-time role involves supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations within a biopharmaceutical setting.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update local health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Conduct workshops to explain company procedures and policies.
• Represent HSE systems and compliance in meetings.
• Support and perform HSE audits and assessments.
• Maintain and update regulatory licenses.
• Liaise with safety and environmental representatives.
• Facilitate and review risk assessments and control measures.
• Manage environmental impacts and targets.
• Support life-safety and vigilance systems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic NEBOSH Certificate; IOSH accreditation at least at affiliate level.
• Preferably NEBOSH Diploma and/or a degree in Environmental studies.
• Experience in HSE roles, ideally within organizations undergoing relocation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a focus on creating a safe and thriving work environment.
