Site Agent needed for our client on a site based in Bristol.

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Agent to join them on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising site staff and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
