Construction Solicitor - £130k Bonuses

£130k DOE + 15% bonus.

No BD/networking required in the role.

The Firm, Team & Role

Clients range from £150m - £500m turnover businesses with a caseload ready for you to work from - no following or business development required.

The firm consists of fee earners all from Big Law. As part of organic growth, they're planning to hire two solicitors this year, and additional solicitors next year.

They offer a firm-wide bonus based on business success and individual contributions, up to 15% of the basic salary. For example, if someone earns £130,000 and contributes well, they could receive a bonus between £13,000 and £19,500 gross.

You'll have:

• 7+ years PQE specialising in either Contentious or Non-Contentious UK Construction Law.
• Experience gained in a highly reputable Construction team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, IChemE, and Logic, with a focus on JCT and NEC.
