Continuous Improvement Engineer - Monday to Friday

I am partnered exclusively with a HUGE player in the food manufacturing space, we are currently on the hunt for the next Sir Alex Ferguson to be our Continuous Improvement Engineer who will find us our 1% gains on a consistent basis.

What skillset are we scouting for?
- Ability to work closely with the engineering manager
- Monitor and review KPI's and create action plans to support targets being met
- Great communication skills to build relationships to manage contractors, support the team and carry out 1-2-1's
-Support and manage site budgets
-Confident leading engineering and operational meetings
