Sales Administrator
Salary - £12.00 - £12.25 p/h
Hours - 16.5 Hours per Week, Monday, Wednesday Friday 9am - 3pm
Location - Brighouse
Temporary - Permanent
Are you experienced in sales administration, order processing, coordinating logistics and providing fantastic customer service? We are searching for a part-time sales administrator to join our client's award winning business. Leading the industry in their field, now is a great time to join a growing operation on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders from a variety of online platforms
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinating deliveries with couriers.
Resolving any delivery issues that occur.
Supporting customer service by resolving problems and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels to ensure products are readily available.
Ensure all documentation is kept accurate and up-to-date.
Adhere to company policies and proceduresKey Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Use of own initiative to manage own workload.
Team player approach.
