Overview:

Our client seeks an experienced senior security professional with DV clearance to enhance and finalise a Security Management Plan for a high-security location in the West Midlands. This role is crucial for ensuring the security protocols and procedures meet the necessary standards for sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive security gap analysis to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Advise on and implement robust security procedures and policies tailored to the site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Review existing security measures and recommend enhancements to improve overall safety and security.
• Document findings and provide clear reports outlining recommendations and action plans.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must possess current DV clearance.
• Extensive experience in security management, particularly within high-security environments such as Defence, List X, or Critical National Infrastructure.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security plans and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
