The Role
This position is ideal for a developer early in their career who is ready to take their first step toward a senior role. The .NET Developer will help drive and organize a small Scrum team to develop greenfield solutions for the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a Scrum team to develop greenfield applications using .NET and JavaScript.
* Help mentor a small team of developers, facilitating their day-to-day tasks.
* Build and maintain products, ensuring quality code that meets business requirements.
* Work with Azure for cloud-based development and deployment.
* Collaborate closely with the software manager to ensure alignment with project goals.
Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in .NET development, with experience in JavaScript for front-end tasks.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
* Ability to drive and organize a Scrum team, with experience or interest in mentoring others.
* Strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
