£40,000 - 55,000 per annum plus Benefits

I am partnered with a leading architectural practice, seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their forward-thinking team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have significant experience in an architectural practice, a relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, and a proven track record of leading a team and managing projects. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of current UK building regulations are essential.

Key responsibilities include preparing design proposals using AutoCAD or Revit, preparing production information and coordinating design information in BIM for construction on site, preparing NBS specifications for construction work, and answering site queries as appropriate.
