Job Description
Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Finishing Manager to work on a high value, multi room project in Nottingham. This is due to start immediately working until completion in August 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with subcontractors
* Managing the internal finishing and snagging team
* Inspection of completed internals
* Updating Project and Site Managers on the progress
* Upholding and enforcing company H&S policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
* Detailed Finishing Manager experience on large scale projects
* The relevant qualifications – CSCS, SMSTS and ideally 1st Aid
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
