Contracts Supervisor
Bristol
6 months initial contract (option to go permanent based on performance)
£22 / hour
Full time (8AM - 5PM Mon to Fri)
A Contracts Supervisor is required to join a company working on a mental health contract for an FM and Maintenance company in Bristol. This role is to ensure that repairs and maintenance service delivery complies with contract requirements, whilst providing supervision of maintenance workers. Responsibilities include supervising a team of maintenance operatives responding to reactive calls and PPMs, monitoring inspections to be completed on time, ensure defects and remedial works are closed out on time, managing stock and the on-call rota, as well as developing strong client relationships and representing the client in meetings, alongside the contracts manager.
The successful candidate will be a strong supervisor with a technical background who may want to move away from the tools, they will have an understanding of contractual obligations with experience in contractual record keeping and complying with policy and processes, have basic IT skills, a UK Driving Licence, and experience with client interaction.
