Client: Tier 2 Main Contractor
Project: Steel Frame Industrial
Ideally Permanent - Circa £70k - £80k + package (the client will possibly will consider freelance)

Project Manager required

Project Manager to report into visiting Operations Manager
*
Project £14m - Steel frame industrial scheme, multiple units
*
Project Manager required to start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, the client can wait out a notice period.
*
The Project Manager should have SMSTS / CSCS black or white card / First Aid
*
Knowledge of ASTA essential
*
Prior shed / steel frame industrial project experience needed
*
The client would prefer to take someone on on a permanent basis but may also consider standout freelance candidates.
*
Permanent Project Manager staff must be prepared to work/ lodge away as required following completion of this initial project (which is on a 40 week programme)
*
Project Manager candidates must be willing & able to provide verifiable work references
