Job Description
Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Calibre Search are working in partnership with a leading Yorkshire based Design and Build Outfit, who are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the growing team.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment alongside other construction professionals in addition to the design team you'll be a part of. They are specialists in office-to-residential conversions, so experience on a similar range of projects would be ideal, however we can be flexible on sector experience.
We will be looking for candidates with the following skills
A degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology.
We can be flexible on experience (with salary to suit), however ideally, we're looking for someone with at least 3-4 years industry experience.
AutoCAD experience essential for the role, with additional Revit experience being ideal.
Experience working on office to residential conversions ideal, but not essential.
