The role will be primarily based in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and the East Midlands. As such, we ask that only those living within a reasonable commuting distance apply.
YOUR NEW ROLE
*
You will need to be proactive in driving site progress and meeting project timelines
*
Get involved in various aspects of groundworks (earthworks, drainage, foundation, substructure)
*
Skilled in planning, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractor activities
*
Competent in material quantification and procurement
*
Accountable for completing the Integrated Management System, Policies, and Procedures
*
Uphold Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards on site
ABOUT YOU
*
A self-motivator, who can oversee projects from inception to completion
*
Deadline-oriented, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve key milestones
*
Hold a degree in Construction Engineering and Management and/ or a related field
*
All applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience and possess expertise in sustainable drainage and road systems
*
Residential or commercial experience (Advantageous)
*
Proficiency in Autocad and Total Station is necessary, as are IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
*
A valid UK driving license is also required
