Senior Legal Counsel

Immediate requirement : A renowned US Bank is seeking a senior lawyer with a background in Capital markets, Wealth Management and Finical Services to join their team on a temporary basis. This interim engagement is expected to last for 12 months.

Hybrid working model, central London.

The role:

• Assessing proposals related to wealth capital markets
• Reviewing current regulatory frameworks, and monitoring upcoming regulatory changes relating to Wealth
• Advising on cross border licensing relating to capital market products
• Supporting matters related to derivates trading (including structured products)
• Working closely with senior lawyers and key stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

• 10 years PQE +
• Knowledge of Private wealth management, securities trading, and structured products.
• Previous experience working for a multinational bank or Law firm
• An effective communicator who can work well as part of a team
• US Regulatory experience related to financial services would be beneficial

Pay rate- £600.00- £700.00 per day
