Role Description

This full-time Estimator role at Williams Restoration LTD involves tasks such as researching, compiling bids, assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with front and back office teams and communicating with clients and suppliers. This role is office based, Worcester Park, Surrey.

Qualifications

• Estimating, Cost Estimation, and Project Assessment skills
• Knowledge of Historic Building Repairs and Restoration techniques
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in using estimating software
• Experience in the construction or restoration industry
• Working knowledge of JCT Standard Forms of Contract
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (MRICS or MCIOB)
