Senior Firmware Developer - IoT

Job Description : We are looking for a senior firmware developer whose primary responsibility will be to create IOT firmware platform & independent modules. It is expected that the position holder will have excellent project management skills to timely deliver, while collaborating with team & having correct problem solving attitude, the willingness to overcome hardware constraints, guiding the team and the internal drive to create quality : - To understand & firm up the Project Requirement/Spec Finalization - Design, build, and test efficient, high-quality embedded product and test systems. Guide and mentor project team for firmware and frontend. - Ensure the robustness of the product/technology. - Ensure the robustness and security of communication devices on field. - Ensure that the firmware is as protected and tamper-proof as the hardware platform can -provide. - Collaborate on the design of future revisions of the product. Skills Required : - Rich experience with understanding of different Microcontroller and IOT platforms - Strong knowledge of the C/C++ programming language in an embedded software context - Experience of working with MQTT / Zigbee / Cellular / LoRaWAN protocol will be handy. - Experience to develop technology platforms & modules of Ethernet, WiFi, GSM, LoRA & other -IoT connections for both firmware and frontend. - Understanding of underlying electronics to the point where it influences firmware development and debugging. - A knack for bench marking and optimization. - Excellent skills in collaborative problem solving, the willingness to overcome hardware, firmware and frontend challenges. Qualification & Experience : - BE/BTech(EXTC) / MSc (Electronics) / M. Tech (Embedded Systems) with 7-10 year experience in Firmware Development and minimum 4 years' experience in IOT.
