Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant? Do you want to improve pupils' academic attainment? Look no further!
Tradewind is searching for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a General Teaching Assistant Role in a 'Good' school based in M21. You will work collabrotavely with the class teacher and lead groups of pupils across all subjects.
Where: Chorlton, M21.
Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant.
Shift pattern: full-time 8.30am - 4pm. This may become a long-term role.
Pay: £84 - £90 per day (depending on experience).

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
The successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a KS1 class.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices

Essential Requirements:
-Any relevant TA qualifications
-Excellent references to support previous experience
-A CV that covers full employment history
-The right to work in the UK
