Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Estimator
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Location: Wandsworth
Sector: Social Housing
Are you an estimator who would be interested in working on both new build & refurbishment projects?
Would you enjoy working for a owner managed business?
This is a great opportunity to work for a contractor who are delivering new build & refurbishment solutions to the social housing market on behalf of the local council. You will play a part in the successful delivery of these projects ensuring that they are profitable for the business.
We would welcome conversations with estimators who:
Have a background in construction - social housing would be advantageous
Able to present quotes and tenders directly to clients & suppliers
Can demonstrate an understanding of different software packages
Hold strong communicate skills across all levels
