Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth inbound supply, accurate forecasting, and efficient production planning for our Fertilisers, Chemicals, and Seed divisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team responsible for key supply chain functions
• Oversee critical supply chain areas such as:
• Bulk material
• Packaging
• Drive long-term production planning, taking into account capacity, forecasts, and customer requirements.
• Proactively tackle supply challenges, lead projects, and ensure effective use of systems, including Microsoft D365.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes and enhance ways of working using tools like Power BI.
• Manage NPD (New Product Development) to ensure timely delivery to market.
• Solve problems, plan scenarios, and contribute to team reporting and process optimization.

Experience & Knowledge Required:

• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (experience with D365 is a bonus).
• Proven experience in supply chain management, with expertise in forecasting, production planning, and inbound supply.
• Supplier management experience.
• People management experience, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.
