An exceptional opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a leading hospitality fit-out contractor specializing in bespoke, high-profile restaurant, bar, and hospitality projects across the UK for prestigious brands.
On offer is the chance for a Contracts Manager experienced in restaurant, bar and commercial kitchen fit-out project to join a prestigious contractor You'll work on unique, high-profile projects while enjoying a generous salary and comprehensive benefits package.
For over 30 years, this hospitality contractor has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects for some of the UK's most iconic restaurants and bars. Known for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction, they have been trusted by renowned establishments across the country. With plans to increase their turnover, the company has recently expanded into stadium hospitality projects, achieving notable success in this new arena. Therefore they're looking for an additional Contracts Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within strict time and budget restrictions. Key duties include client liaison, scope definition, and enforcing on-site health and safety protocols, including RAMS compliance. As the primary point of contact, you will maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout each project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager with experience working on hospitality projects, looking to work on premium projects for high end clientele within a unique company where you will assist them in growing and therefore receive.
The ideal candidate is a professional Contracts Manager with experience in bar, restaurant, and hospitality projects, eager to join a premium company that works with high-end clients.
