Commercial Contracts Senior Associate - Up to £90,000 salary + Full Benefits Package

This Top 40 UK law firm boasts a strong reputation across the whole of the UK, but their Commercial team is especially well-regarded in Manchester. With multiple awards, they seek to add a skilled Commercial Solicitor to bolster their successful Manchester-based practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a Commercial Lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm, noted for their impressive array of clients and commitment to achieving a healthy work-life balance.

You will form a crucial part of their Legal 500 ranked team, supporting clients across multiple sectors including FS, Retail, Leisure, and Digital sectors and more widely on occasion, supporting a range of projects and advice relating to supply, procurement, outsourcing, partnership, licensing, distribution, and collaboration arrangements.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing local/ wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the commercial team, at a key point in their successful growth trajectory.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of commercial services, with strong involvement into business development activities.

The Candidate

• An experienced Commercial Solicitor, with excellent technical ability
• Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/ business development
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester
• Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
• Motivated to progress and drive growth
