Commercial Contracts Senior Associate - Up to £85,000 salary + Full Benefits Package

This regional, Legal 500 firm are highly regarded for their expertise advising SMEs/ OMBs across the north of England. They now seek to replicate this success with this key hire for the Manchester office. They seek to add a skilled Commercial Solicitor, at the Senior Associate level, to bolster their Manchester-based practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a commercial lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth in an ambitious firm, forming a crucial part of the Manchester office.

Expect to cover a wide range of commercial contract work including, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on standard terms and conditions and high-value supply of goods and services agreements such as distribution and manufacturing agreements.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the newly incoming Partner, nurturing local/ wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business, at a key point in their successful growth trajectory.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of commercial services, with strong involvement into business development activities.

The Candidate

• An experienced Commercial Lawyer, with strong technical ability
• Enthused by undertaking a lead role on complex agreements
• Support the lead Partner in client tenders/ business development
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester
• Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
• Motivated to progress and drive growth
