Job Description

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE to join their market-leading team in Manchester.


This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions, acting for major domestic and international clients, including developers, institutional investors, funds, and corporate occupiers.


The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to landmark projects and gain exposure to a wide range of real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, and leases.
  • Provide legal advice on high-value and complex property deals across sectors such as retail, energy, infrastructure, and finance.
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents such as sale agreements, leases, and development agreements.
  • Advise clients on property investment strategies, planning issues, and portfolio management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams on large-scale projects, including real estate finance and construction matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and commercially sound advice.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (2-6 PQE) with significant experience in real estate law.
  • Proven track record in handling complex property transactions and advising on large-scale developments.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions to clients.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
