Legal Counsel - Global TMT Business

Heriot Brown is partnered with a leading business in the TMT space, who is looking for a Legal Counsel to support on a a variety of international legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, liaising with international stakeholders, including governments, ministries, and distributors.
• Collaborating with internal small privacy and IP teams, ensuring compliance across international markets, and managing intellectual property rights related to products and partnerships.
• Supporting international activities, including distributor contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Supporting product collaborations and launches.
• Providing legal support to the research team to align research output with the organisation’s initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 PQE gained ideally from a Private Practice background
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Cross-jurisdictional experience is a plus!
