Location: Ware
⏰ Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8.30am-5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm additionally one day and one week every 3 weeks you will be required to be on standby/on call from 5pm-9am
Annual Salary: £24,417

About the Role:
As a Funeral Service Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's Funeral Brands and Care Centres. Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Providing professional and respectful service delivery to client families.
✨ Ensuring the highest standards of deceased care and maintaining dignity at all times.
✨ Driving company vehicles with care and professionalism.
✨ Participating in various funeral-related duties, including ceremonial tasks and bearing duties.
✨ Following specific procedures for identification and care of the deceased and their personal effects.
✨ Collaborating effectively with team members to create a supportive working environment.
✨ Complying with health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical fitness to handle lifting and carrying heavy weights.
A valid manual driving licence.
Proficiency in using software packages like Microsoft Office.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with grieving families.
