They have an excellent reputation and constantly seek new ways to bring innovative products and services to their customers, and as part of their continued growth strategy they are looking to add dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Paid Social Manager into their team.

In this role you’ll have ultimate ownership over the channel and strategy, supported by both their in house Digital/ Paid team as well as external agency support.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 2 Paid Social experts, activation and hands on.
• Support the wider Paid Media/ Digital team developing the existing Paid Social strategy and optimising the channel fully.
• It will be your responsibility to drive the Paid Social strategy forward via the in house team and their Digital agency support. Reporting on performance to the wider Digital Growth team and stakeholders.
• Fully optimise Paid Social and Display campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
• Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities

What I am looking for:

• Experience operating at Paid Social Manager level, previously managing a Paid Social strategy and channel development.
• People management experience is a nice to have, but not essential. The desire to move into a people management role is needed however.
• 3rd party agency management experience is important, or comfort in managing activation via another agency/ another team.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys
• A high degree of numeracy with great Excel & Google Analytics knowledge
