Job Description
Digital UX Designer Contract | Initial 3 months | Flexible Rate | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote
We are seeking a Digital/UX Designer contractor on an initial 3 month contract to join our client, a UK-based digital agency specializing in creating innovative digital solutions, including software, mobile apps, websites, and immersive experiences like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Though initially a 3 month contract, there is scope for this to be extended to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to facilitate workshops, helping define and fine-tune project requirements.
Develop and refine concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.
Utilize design tools or HTML to create prototypes, wireframes, and visual demonstrations.
Produce digital assets for various projects.
Ensure the user is at the core of the design process.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital design or UX-related roles.
Skilled in using Figma or similar design software to create prototypes, develop concepts, and produce designs.
A deep understanding of user experience, prioritizing user needs throughout the design process.
Familiarity with component-based design principles.
Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and clients.
Experience with agile methodologies and understanding of software development processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
Rate
Our client is flexible on daily rate for the right candidate.
Fully remote.
Outside IR35.
