Contracts Manager Role:

Our client is looking for experienced Contracts Managers with a solid background in commercial office fit-outs. You’ll manage 2-4 projects at a time, depending on complexity and value, from the initial design phase through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and agree project objectives.
• Represent the client’s interests and ensure clear communication.
• Lead and supervise teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Deliver method statements before work begins on-site.
• Monitor progress, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
• Manage costs, materials, and procurement.
• Problem-solve any issues during the project.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies.
• Use construction management software to track and report.
