Job Description
We’re excited to be partnering with a leading provider of interior fit-out and refurbishment services, specialising in commercial office spaces. Our client is known for delivering top-quality results, with a focus on detail, strong project management, and teamwork.
Contracts Manager Role:
Our client is looking for experienced Contracts Managers with a solid background in commercial office fit-outs. You’ll manage 2-4 projects at a time, depending on complexity and value, from the initial design phase through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and agree project objectives.
- Represent the client’s interests and ensure clear communication.
- Lead and supervise teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Deliver method statements before work begins on-site.
- Monitor progress, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Manage costs, materials, and procurement.
- Problem-solve any issues during the project.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies.
- Use construction management software to track and report.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong experience in commercial office fit-outs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivation and initiative.
- Passion for the interior fit-out industry.
