Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Location: London, UK

Salary: £46,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are a boutique law firm located in London, specializing in high-value conveyancing work. We are currently seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join our team.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will handle a low-to-medium volume of files, working on high-value residential property transactions. You will benefit from a supportive environment, including dedicated admin support, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Training in Real Estate Finance will be provided by the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing high-value residential conveyancing transactions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, handling title checks, and managing completions
• Advising clients on all aspects of property law

Desirable Skills:

• Experience or knowledge in real estate finance is advantageous, but not essential
