EA to CEO | 211024

Role: EA to CEO and MD

Location: Hertford

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 plus benefits

4 days a week in the office, 1 day working from home

We are looking for a commercial EA to support the CEO and MD of a growing tech firm based in Hertford, very close to the town centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on this newly created EA role and make a huge difference to the directors’ day to day life as well as the company as a whole! They are a social team with a strong ethos who work collaboratively.

The EA role:

This role is going to be super busy with lots of scope to keep growing. They are looking for someone who can help increase efficiency, put processes in place and come up with new ideas.

Duties will include:

• Full diary management
• Scheduling meetings and travel
• Event management - sourcing venues, negotiating costs, resourcing
• Office management
• Meeting preparation – notes, presentations, documents
• Logistical planning
• Support to the wider Leadership Team
• Project management

Who are you supporting?

The MD and CEO – they are brilliant! Down to earth, relaxed yet extremely busy and successful. There will also be some extra support to some of the senior leadership team.

Are you the right fit?

They are looking for an EA who is hands on, willing to roll up their sleeves and who can add value from day one! You will be given a lot of autonomy in the role so someone who is able to think on their feet, multi-task and wear lots of hats! You will be transparent, have an extremely professional approach and be used to working in fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
