Operations Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing process improvements, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring operational excellence. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and maintain high standards of operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Operational Management, Process Improvement, and Resource Management skills
• Experience within SaaS / Technology businesses.
• Experience working internationally is desirable but not essential, but the ambition for global plans would supplement.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is desirable.
