They pride themselves on an innovative approach and commitment to creating exceptional environments. They are currently seeking a talented Regional Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio across the region. This is a fixed term contract for 15 months,
Role Overview: As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the value and performance of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic property management plans to optimise performance and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating a positive environment.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements to properties, ensuring high standards of service.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular property inspections and manage lease agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
