We have a new opportunity for a Contracts Lawyer to join a dynamic, innovative National Law Firm in Birmingham. Within this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.

Some responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues
• Assist senior staff with strategic and operational issues (eg root cause analysis investigations and transformational change projects)
• Review firm-wide policies and procedures
• Provide advice regarding client terms of engagement and bid proposals
• Lead on matters relative to professional regulations
• Support colleagues with claims handling
• Address complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures
