Employment Associate or Senior Associate 4PQE

This popular City firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PQE who is keen to learn and act for quality clients on interesting, challenging work.

Our client has an established and growing ambitious employment practice with great opportunities for highly motivated team lawyers. Team members are involved in:

• assisting with day to day HR law advice to clients (predominantly in the financial services, professional services and tech/fintech sectors);


• advising predominantly employers but also senior executives and partner on dismissals, disciplinary processes, grievances and other tricky employee relations issues;


• working as part of a team on complex, high value tribunal and High Court litigation;


• advising on TUPE and other employee related matters associated with business restructures, sales and purchases; and


• drafting and advising on employee contracts, handbooks, consultancy agreements and other employee related documentation.
