Calling all Mechanical & Electrical Project / Contract Managers in Devon & Cornwall **
Build Maintain Recruit (BMR) are seeking Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers to join a progressive regional Building Services Contractor based on the outskirts of Plymouth. The business delivery mechanical and electrical services to a range of tier 1 main contractor, tier two contractors and have a series of client direct clients they services.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in managing M&E projects from inception to completion and handover
Strong leadership and contract management skills
Ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a bonus! What you’ll need to succeed,
A core mechanical or electrical skill set,
HND or HNC in building services engineering would be advantageous
SMSTS or equivalent
Relevant CSCS (black management) In return, we are offering a competitive annual salary dependent on experience (£55,000 - £65,000) car allowance, and varied benefits there on; all whilst working for a progressive yet family run business offering growth and stability.
